I hereby inform you that you have the following rights as a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation:

As a subject of personal data, you have the right to request confirmation from the administrator as to whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to access your data and the following information: for what purpose data is processed, what personal data, the recipients of data, the term of processing. The administrator has the right to refuse access to your personal data in the cases detailed in art. 23 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data or when this constitutes a necessary and proportionate measure in order to:

B) protect public order and security;

C) national security is protected;

D) the rights and freedoms of other persons are protected.

  1. As a data subject, you have the right to request the rectification of your personal data that is inaccurate/out-of-date.   1. As a data subject, you have the right to request the controller of your personal data to restrict its processing. The limitation is allowed in the following cases:

when you consider that your personal data is not accurate, in which case the limitation is for a period necessary for the administrator to verify the accuracy;

– when the processing of your personal data is illegal, but you do not want them to be deleted, but you only want to limit their use;

– when the administrator no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you, as the data subject, require them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

– when you have objected to the processing pending verification of whether the controller’s legitimate grounds prevail over your interests.

A request for deletion may be submitted in the presence of any of the following grounds: the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; when you have withdrawn your consent; when you have objected to the processing, when the processing is unlawful; where the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of a Member State that applies to the controller; when personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services. The administrator may refuse to delete personal data for the following reasons: A) exercising the right to freedom of expression and the right of receiving information;

C) for reasons of public interest in the field of public health;

D) for the purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes, insofar as there is a possibility that deletion will make it impossible or seriously hinder the achievement of the purposes of this processing; or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

  1. As a data subject, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. The objection should be submitted in writing/electronically, addressed to the administrator at the following addresses: Burgas, Traiko Kitanchev St. 31 or by email: simoenvasilev5@gmail.com. The administrator should motivate himself whether to accept the objection, resp. why it continues to process the personal data if it rejects the objection.
  2. As a subject of personal data, you have the right to file a complaint against the processing of your personal data or non-compliance with your rights in connection with the protection of personal data before the competent supervisory authority – Commission for the Protection of Personal Data, address: Sofia 1592, “Prof” Blvd. .
